Today I scheduled an oil change and brake job on the rear of my Tundra. I drove straight ght home, 5 miles or so away from dealership. I went outside later this evening to find a large amount of oil on my carport. Once under the vehicle I saw oil dripping from the skid plate.

There was a green check for window washer fluid and there is none in the reservoir because it was cracked a month or two ago. Would’ve been nice to have someone mention it and refer me for a quote to order replacement. It’ll be something on my to do list for my next visit.
I had a great experience with Leslie as my service provider, she made sure I was able to get everything I needed for my vehicle, including auto butler! She was also very nice and easy to talk to.

the lady that took care of my problem was super professional and handled my problem with great care. It is no wonder hampton is so successful.
They neglected to reattach all of the valve stem covers on my wife’s vehicle and I had to leave work during the day to return to the dealership and get its replacement. They were very apologetic and gave me a set of replacement covers, which was nice, but that certainly was not an exceptional service experience.
Getting rental took entirely to long , guess I went in at a busy time and the women did a great job , very polite and respectful. Still wouldn’t go any where else
