Contacted Miss Leslie late yesterday concerning an extended warranty on my Tundra. With late notice Miss Leslie was able to get me a 2:30 appointment for the required inspection.
she was very helpful in directing me to the sales dept. where I bought my extended service and warranty.

A week ago did an oil change and rotation. After rotation I needed balancing. The lug nuts were over tightened! My locking lug nut driver broke! Went to have locking lug nuts removed because my tires were essentially frozen on my truck! Arrived at 4:30 and asked to balance my front tires. At 5:30 they fed me a line saying my tires were too aggressive and had to be aligned somewhere else on the truck? This was at 5:30. Really think they were worried about closing time. Tire dept will never touch my tuck again!!!!
Trent and the maintenance team along with the detailing guys are truly fantastic I have been servicing and detailing my Toyota Highlander for 2 years and have always been very satisfied. Thank you Trent and the others for tak8ng pride in your job.
