I am still waiting to get my car serviced for a recall part that was supposed to be ordered since March 17, have called several times to inquire about the part. I was told I would get a call back but have not. I am very disappointed in this type of service

I was told it would take an hour/hour and half. I took 3 hours I understand stuff happens but if the estimate would have been more precise I probably would not waited on the premises
