Please stop sending these emails about my husband’s FJ Cruiser. We would not have had to bring it in if the service dept had put all the bolts back on the skid plate when we brought it on for service.

I scheduled my 1 year anniversary Toyota care appointment & made it clear that I had not reached 5000 miles. I was told that wasn’t a problem. After waiting an hour & a half I was told the service was complete but found out that the oil change hadn’t been done because they didn’t realize it was a 1 year service (even though you guys sent me an email reminder, a card in the mail, & I made it clear to the person scheduling that it was my 1 year anniversary service). I had to wait another 20 minutes for the oil to be changed & when that was done I was told I’d have to come back when I reached 5000 miles for the tires to be rotated because that hadn’t been done- or if that wasn’t convenient I could just wait till the 2 year service to have my tires rotated. This is my third Camry. In the past, everything was done on the 1 year anniversary even though I hadn’t reached 5000 miles. It’s the first time I have been truly disappointed in the service I received with you . I waited for an hour & a half & 2 very important things hadn’t been done. And I left without 1 of the services that was supposed to be included in my Toyota Care. If I have to keep coming back to get services 1 at a time then it’s no longer a beneficial or convenient thing for me.
