Not pleased with service today.Was without my car for 9 hours .All that needed to be done was check my battery due to recall.Seems like a simple task that should only have taken 45 minutes.

Everytime I go and get service on a car that I haven't even put 20,000 miles on it is always an issue. They dont have their crap together. To me this is not award winning service.
