Leslie was very professional !!!
My vehicle was ready for maybe 30 minutes or so before I read the text message. I saw other service workers coming to the waiting area informing their customers about their vehicle. My service shouldn’t have lasted long so I was wondering when my representative was coming. I realized I missed the text informing me to come to find her and my vehicle was finished. So when I do approach Leslie she asks me if I was ready…??? Why wouldn’t I be when I’m waiting here for my vehicle. I like to be informed and I don’t like to waste the extra time I do have. She was friendly but content with me waiting while she was only standing next to her desk talking. I was not impressed. You don’t have to call me. Let’s just make a note that when my vehicle is ready, come let me know.
It’s nice to find people you can trust.
I’ve dealt with Carice on multiple visits. She is definitely one I look for when getting a service done! Always makes it fast and easy! She is also super friendly!
Hampton stafff does a great job. Gets the job done. Updates u on what is going on with your vehicle. Continue to satisfy your customers. Awesome job
Exceptional service. Answered all our questions
I had a noon appointment for as I thought a minor “ on board diagnostic “ reset for Check Engine light on my brand new Highlander with 1,600 miles. I left 2-1/2 hours later. The service writer said it could take awhile and depending I could have to pay for the diagnosis. The only thing that made this experience bearable was the fix was at no charge. They would have lost my future service requirements had I been billed. As it stands, because making an appointment is required, the wait seemed out of line.
I specifically asked for Steven Hollier when I made my appointment. He helped me last December and was the best and most caring advisor I had ever had at Hampton. I will continue to ask for Steven as long as he is employed at Hampton.
Great service! Job well done.
Everything went smoothly! Leslie was very personable.
Mr. Steven was very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable of everything that were needed to be done. Thanks, Mr. Steven.
When we went to look at vehicles, I wasn’t planning on buying one that day. We found at ‘17 chevy, price wasn’t bad along side the mileage. I was with both my parents and my son. As my salesmen was getting us prepared to have a test drive, my father was checking out the tires and brakes. Now my father did mention to my salesmen that the brakes wasn’t looking like they should and need to be check. My salesmen did come back and said that the truck was inspected and past. We drove off the lot and three weeks later I had to bring the truck in because I was having issues with the brakes! I only drove it a little over a thousand miles. I made an appointment with the Services department on Wednesday morning and NOT ONCE was I updated about my truck. My truck ended up staying there over night with out my permission. The next day service department called and ended up saying the brakes / rotor is run low and needs to be changed! So Toyota inconvenienced me a whole day without my vehicle. I ended up picking up my truck that day. And now I had to wait until Monday to speak with a Mrs Jamie to have the department change my brakes. I was told when my truck was inspected in November ( 7 months ago ) everything was fine but yet I was sold a truck with bad breaks after my father mention it and to think it was my fault because I had the truck for three weeks. It’s a wear and tear deal and I was going to have to pay out of pocket for this?! The breaks should have been changed along with any other small detail before it leaves the lot once it’s sold. So now Monday I waited just a little over an hour to be told they will change it on their behave. My truck was dropped off Monday at 11:30 am and today is Tuesday at 1:15 pm and still no truck. I told them to give me updates along the way because of the last time. I have a son I have to pick up and I have things to be done durning the day but again Toyota is inconvenience me. Now I’m asking to borrow other vehicles from where I can get my things done. I called service my self and ask for my lady to see if she was available. I was told she was and she put me through but yet no one picked up the phone. I am getting highly upset with Toyota at this point.
Leslie was such a pleasant person to deal with regarding servicing my vehicle.
