I came in because a maintenance light was on and all I needed was a tire rotation. The issue after that was my tire tread was low and Leslie told me about the tire deal and my tires couldn’t be rotated because the tread was to low.. Unfortunately the tires I needed had to be ordered and Ms Leslie ordered them right away and I was called two days later, much earlier than expected. I love the way they look and how they drive. Leslie was awesome again and even though I couldn’t get my truck fixed right away she put my mind at ease and surprised me by calling me when they came in. The service department fit me in and I felt much better and safer getting the new tires. Hampton Toyota excellent again!
Trent was helpful and nice. The service was speedy and the popcorn and cookies were enjoyable while awaiting my vehicle to be ready.

My experience with Hampton Toyota's service department has been exceptional every time. I actually told a friend on the way home that the service may make me a continued Toyota driver. Even the young man moving the cars was so polite and efficient. I'd never owned anything other than Fords or Chevrolets before this car amd really liked them until the service declined. Thanks Dulsey and team! It's nice to see work ethic and pride in doing a good job still exists.

Steve is an exceptional maintenance person. I am disappointed that they were not able to stop the noise coming from the rear seat. They claim it is the way the seat was manufactured but I am still riding it a 2024 Toyota Tacoma with noise coming from the back seat. Not very good.
Mr Steven is always helpful. He always have a great personality with all his customers. He always let you know about everything that is going on with your vehicle from the time you talk to him until the time you leave.
