Went in for tire repair and was there for appt at 8:30a, confusion car was ready but no one seemed to know that it was parked and ready to go. Was there approximately 2 hrs., unacceptable Had to ask when it was going to be ready when it was ready and apparently no one knew it

I brought my vehicle in for a engine light on - they rotated the tires and never looked at the light - they had it a whole day 7-500 and I had to notice that the work wasn’t done. Never offered me another vehicle when I had to leave a another day or a ride anywhere.
