Let me start by saying Carice went over and beyond the call of duty today. She is a true asset to the service department. The problem came was after we left today and noticed our washer fluid warning was on. I immediately contacted Carice and my wife returned the vehicle. On the checklist this item was checked as being in good standings. The technician who worked on our vehicle obviously overlooked this and marked it as ok. This makes us wonder what else could have been overlooked.

3 hours to put in 2 headlight bulbs I had an appointment at 10. Got my car at 12:45. When I asked person in service about the delay he said, “ I can’t look at anyones paperwork but mine so you will have to wait”. Very rude. Moved here 3 weeks ago. I will look for another Toyota dealer. The funny thing about all this is I just retired after 27 years from Toyota Manufacturing, TMMTX in August
