Steven was great. Wonderful to work with. I would go back for service at Hampton again because of his help. Service was done in a very timely manner. Enjoyed my visit except for one thing. The guy working in parts was there simply to occupy a chair. Wanted to order a spare tire and rim for my Corolla. This guy actually made NO effort, 0, none…. to help us with this. Seemed he went out of his way to NOT help. Thanks to Steven, after he made one phone call to someone, our tire is ordered. Steven 10, exceptional. Bald guy in parts -10, horrible.

It was my first service appt with hampton since I got my truck..I specifically set up an oil change over the phone. Also when I got there I said I had an appt for an oil change...one hour later I was told my truck was ready..but they only rotated my tires..I never asked for a tire rotation I asked for an oil change. They took my truck back to get the oil changed but I was at hampton over 2 hours...for a first impression I honestly wasn't impressed....this may be helpful, tell the employees to listen to what the customers are saying instead of just looking at a computer....honestly the lady was super nice and respectful but when someone schedules service just think of it as thier day off because it was mine and I had to cancel other very important things for my family because of a mistake that could've been avoided...no hard feelings

One of the best service experiences I’ve ever had at Hampton TOYOTA yesterday. Service was exceptional. Stephen Hollier was exceptional… Very pleased with my service performed on my vehicle and all of the extras Stephen did to make sure my visit was a wonderful experience.

Steven caught areas missed on the washing process and sent my car so the manager in that department could check it. That was a plus. Loved the customer quiet private area.
