Damn near every time I go, there is an issue. I was adamant about not needing a tire rotation when I. Called and when I got there. I was also supposed to have a free one from
One of the other times I had issues. Well my bill was supposed to be $59 yet when I went to check out it was $89 because the TIRES WERE ROTATED AFTER I EXPRESSLY SAID NO TWICE!!!! This is ridiculous the amount of times there has been an issue. I bought 2 cars at the same time and they both get serviced there. However, today was the last straw and I’m pretty done with Hampton. Award winning service department, my ****.
