You rotated my tires, and my wheel fell off in the parking lot and bent my fender. Now it will probably be with you for two weeks getting repaired. Not real happy at all!

Phillip had excellent customer service. He made me feel heard, taken care of with no concerns. He set everything up for my vehicle to be taken care of. I truly appreciate him. Also, the young gentleman that brought my car around was very professional. He even opened and closed my door for me. Amazing job. 10/10 would recommend

I was sitting in the waiting area.I received a text notification my car service was completed this was at 11:36. My appointment was for 10:00 so I had been waiting for a while. Approximately 45 minutes later I’m still waiting. I walked to look for her to find out what was happening. When I did speak to her she informed me while pointing outdoors my car was just come out and she was not done with checking me out. I didn’t believe my car was just coming out and I was pissed. I have been servicing my car here since 2012. I know the routine and service Hampton provides. Also she called me on the phone at 11:09 for recommend service. I’m in the same building as she is in why not come to me the customer and make contact with the customer. Anyway I finally checked out at 12:39. I paid over $500 for service and this is the worst service I ever received. If this is the new Hampton service I will not be returning.
