Brent was my Service Advisor. He took care of me right away. I was very satisfied.
I was told last minute that my car warranty was changed without my permission. I wasn’t given enough time to discuss the warranty with anyone because they was getting ready to close.I wanted to renew my own warranty and sign up for what I wanted not to have it changed without my permission or say so. I’m extremely disappointed after that service visit!!!

Steven has always provided excellent service answering my question go back to the car to check my concern about the alert light lighting up at certain time when I was in the car In fact when I was at Hampton Toyota I saw 2 service representatives laughing (acting that they will b crazy with that customer)at Steven bcoz his customer was loudly asking him AGAIN about a problem she had asked him earlier But he patiently explained & assured her how her concern about her truck will be fixed
