I used the shuttle service to go to my office across the street. After my vehicle was done I waited over 2 hours, being told it would be 15-20 minutes every time I called back to inquire about tue length of time. I finally got an Uber to take me across the street. I believe I was lied to several times about the situation. Had I been told it would be over 2 hours from the start I would have made a different decision or known that I would be waiting for that amount of time. Will not ever return to your service center.

You reneged on deals we made when we bought the car. Some warranty issues and loaner car issues. Carice and the shop did their part. Management dropped the ball big time
