Leslie is so friendly & very patient. I gave her a coupon when I was checking out & she had to redo the paperwork. She was so nice about it and said no problem at all.
I came in for an oil change and multipoint inspection. Upon so called conclusion of service it was pointed out to me that everything was done. I payed and headed off. I didn’t get out of the parking lot when I noticed that the tire pressure warning monitor was still coming up as well as check break fluid. So, what this tells me is that the service that was supposed to have been done was in fact not done. I’m other words I was lied to. This is very concerning and upsetting. I will let the service manager aware and will not be returning to this dealership in the future.
Went for oil change/routine. Technician shortcutted multi point inspection. Did not thoroughly inspect vehicle. Found excessive corrosion on my positive battery terminal and was not notified or offered a cleaning. Battery was obviously not tested either. Battery is now dead and battery terminal is seized on the positive battery post. This is all due to lazy workmanship.
