I dropped my truck off for a nail in my tire and explore an issue I was having w/ my exhaust blow out black smoke. They resolved the tire and found no issues with the exhaust. This was all handled great. Until I got back home and noticed the dinged my back passenger door. It looks like they attempted to “buff” or clean off the hit because there is like a baseball size dull mark where they hit it. Extremely disappointed. I understand vehicles get dings and scratches but I do my best to keep it in great shape. It’s very disheartening the company I bought it from was the one who managed to ding it up first. Considering I just bought it here a couple months ago, It has now made me second guess taking my vehicle there anymore.
So yea, this was my recent experience.
