The guy that check me in was truly exceptional. The moment I pulled up he was ready to provide service. He had my vehicle tag ready. He knew my name before I said it, also pronounced it correctly, which is often mispronounced. I also love that he gave me an eta of how long it would take. I told him that was great because I had to pick my child up from school. Yall rock! I was able to be out in time. I walked to the customer waiting area, I was shocked. You guys had snacks and beverages for the customers. I do like the space wasn’t crowded. I just felt like today brighten my day! Besides waking up, it lighten up my smile. Thank you very much!

Steve is probably the best service advisor I’ve known when I go to Hampton Toyota. He is very helpful and goes out of his way to make sure you get the service as good as possible. But I am dissatisfied with the company because I am stuck with a 2024 Toyota Tacoma that the radio blacked out of they’re blaming it on my telephone. And I’ve talked to several people, and they never heard of things like that. They changed my radio out about five months ago and everything was going fine and all of a sudden the screen blacks out it won’t play anymore and they blame me it on my telephone. And I think that is very ridiculous but as far as they want to go with it. They had me remove all the pictures from my contacts which are still fine crazy. Which I think Is ridiculous and try it again. It’s bad enough I have to ride around with a noisy backseat because they can’t find any repair for it.
