My husband replaced my air filter (under the hood) and in cabin air filter on 3/17/24. Today when I picked up my vehicle after an oil change and tire rotation I was told I would be needing my air filters changed soon as the technician marked it yellow - needing further attention. I told the service rep. that there was no way it needed replaced and that both air filters were replaced just two days ago. This is frustrating because I want to trust the advice I’m getting concerning my vehicle and potential repairs/maintenance it may need.

I had an appointment at 9:30 am for an oil change, tire rotation, and programming of a 2nd key for my 2023 Sequioa. My service advisor wasn't at work today, so I was reassigned to a different advisor. I waited nearly 4 hours for my vehicle to be serviced. I didn't recieve any updates during this time...and, apparently the service department added extra work for a recall that I was unaware of (which extended the service time and my waiting period).
