Always been very pleased with the service in the past, but this time it was truly horrible, did not do some service that I was billed for and informed me I needed a new battery which I had tested at Pep Boys and it tested ok, also informed me I needed new brakes on the front and the car only has little over 20,000 miles. So I am really concerned about what has happened to the maintenance service at Hampton

I arrived a little before noon, and approved a couple of critical things to be done once there. The problem was that my service advisor, Leslie, never communicated with me about the process and wait time. I was there until almost 4:00pm with no communication other than what I could get from other service advisors. I approached her several times, but she was busy on the phone and barely addressed me until I left. She did say that she would check on the timeline, but never came back to me to communicate what it was. The whole process was very frustrating.

I had a 2pm appointment but got there
an hour early at 1 pm to have 2 of my 2019 Toyota Highlander SE power door lock actuators replaced that were faulty ! I have an Extended Warranty that covers them , and the parts were in stock , but the Warranty Company took hours to Approve the repair work ! I am Not happy about the Warranty company taking SO LONG while me and my wife waited there for over 4 HOURS to get the repairs done ! Our Service Rep Dulsey did all she could do to get the Approval from them , it was over $ 1000 that the warranty company had to get higher up management to Approve the work !!
That is RIDICULOUS !! Because No Matter How Much The Cost I Paid For That Warranty when I purchased the car , and The Same Dealership Hampton Toyota where it was bought was doing the Repairs !!
I was helped quickly and the work (tire rotation) within the time stated.
