I paid for the Basic Plus wash, they didn't clean out my cup holders. I waited a half hour or more to get checked out after my vehicle was ready. I was there before my 8:30 appointment 11:15. And, I was not updated throughout my service. I saw my vehicle sit for better than 30 mins-an hour before it got pulled in for checkout.

Hampton is probably the best car dealership I’ve ever been to. Slick is always honest, engaged, and knowledgeable. All staff are very courteous. The refreshments and waiting area is very nice. The shuttle survive people are the best I’ve ever worked with. Thanks for going the extra mile for your customers in a time it seems like we are constantly paying more for less.
