Not needed. First time I was in was 2 weeks ago, an oil change became a $500 expense. Today in for recall and to fix a disturbing sound your people caused by changing a filter and allowing debris in and I received a $2500 estimate. When questioned I was fairly rudely told that this time it was caught because a master mechanic looked at it instead of just a tech and these type of issues are going to happen with any 2015 vehicles with 90000 miles. Clearly your dealership rewards upsells. You should note that the only one who has serviced by car was another Toyota dealer, Courville, and clearly the service was far better. If your team thinks my limited edition 4Runner should be racking up $3 grand in two weeks in normal maintenance at 90,000 miles, I’ll save my money and won’t buy Toyota again. Horribly disappointed. And truly saddened that my female advisor felt it was acceptable to talk down to me in such a manner. As a marketing vice president, I will tell you word of mouth is everything. I will not be recommending you.

My experience with Trent was limited. However, my experience with Brent was not good at all! With that said, Tom Jardell went above and beyond to make it right and he did! I really can't say enough good about him. I truly appreciate everything he did, which was way more than expected.
