What would make me completely happy is not to have oil leaking out of 4 runner after I had the oil changed today, and finding this after driving it around town with the oil leaking out of it and then having oil leak onto my drive. Plus finding it out after the service department was closed for the weekend and having to basically chew the sales manger out to have someone get me a loaner so I would be able to get to work on Monday and have them arrange for my vehicle to be towed on Monday. So to make it right the leak better be fixed and no damage to my engine and a refund for the oil change

Brent is my new go-to guy. From scheduling to pickup, Brent was very professional, helpful, informative, courteous, etc.

So the last time I came here I waited for somewhere between 5-6 hours for regular maintenance on my car. Obviously I could have never anticipated it taking that long, so I ended up missing being able to see my brother who was briefly in town just for a few hours. Normally service doesn’t take longer than 2 hours so there’s no way I ever thought I’d spend most of the day here. During this visit I was also informed that the battery I got from here last time was leaking acid and needed to be replaced again. Covered under warranty, so annoying, but whatever. Just hope it didn’t damage anything else but I’m sure I would’ve been told if that was the case.
Then today I come in to get the $250 speakers installed that I ordered the last time I was here, and they were defective, so I spent 3 hours here for no reason at all and still have funky speakers. I just got a refund because I’m so over sitting in this dealership lobby.
In the future, if there’s a way to test parts before installing them to make sure they work as intended, I think it would make the customer experience better. At least it would have for me.
Leslie, my service advisor, is an angel though. She’s fantastic at her job and so pleasant to deal with.
We were accommodated well with replacing a damaged tire while we were visiting from out of town! Thank you kindly for replacing our tire!

Had called earlier this week for a car wash and anything that was needed. The **** the phone told me they would do points check.
After leaving the windshield and back glass is all streaked from the wash. That is what I am not pleased about. That should had been noticed when they finished and moved the car.
Brent is very good at his job
This was my first time dealing with Randy and I think he's one of the best service personnel over there. Not saying that Hampton does not have great service overtime I go there but still. I'll never buy another vehicle from anywhere else.
