Always a pleasure to get service at Hampton
I took my car on August 22nd because a light on my dashboard came on and my brakes. They only fixed the brakes and could not turn off the light. I took my car back that same day that they delivered it to me and they did not tell me again what happened to my car. I called, they did not give me information. I had to go on September 5th to see what was happening, she did not even know what was happening and she said that they had not delivered it because they had ordered a part for the car. Apparently they changed something on the car and yesterday they informed me that it was ready. Today I went to pick it up at noon on Saturday, I arrived home, everything was fine and now at 5 in the afternoon when I used it again, the light came on again and now worse, it would not accelerate and the car was choking.
DULSEY deserves a raise. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Best dealership customer service ever!!!

I don’t understand why I had to pay $100 for a repair that was completely covered under my extended warranty Hampton service person said the charges were because I purchased the vehicle at another dealership I have never heard of something so stupid if I would have known that I would have brought it elsewhere
