We asked how long it took to put the strut on my car and the lady told us well. The book says it takes an hour and a half but my boyfriend asked, but how long did it take to do it and she wouldn’t answer so obviously we got billed for longer than what it actually took to fix the car which we feel is fraud. So now we weren’t satisfied. And then I was told after they put on and what else and did the alignment on my car that I needed to bring it to a paint and body shop and have the whole frame lifted off because I bent the frame when I hit the curb and messed up my strut, so why weren’t we told that before they fixed it so we could’ve possibly had it fixed right to begin with, so we weren’t satisfied to Lexus dealership

Dulsey as always was knowledgeable and courteous. I had to bring my truck back because the repair wasn’t quite right. Dulsey call Patrick Guillory to come take a look at my truck. They both made sure the problem was corrected.

Service done in a timely manner I did find a spot of what appeared to be grease on the driver side door handle.The car is white so it was easy to spot.It wiped off easily. Thanks for listening to my feedback.

Absolutely terrible worst service if it wasn’t for my warranty I would never step foot in this dealership again. Very disorganized and took 6 months to fix my truck that I bought even though it was messed up when I bought it. Can’t even take care of a new customer. And when I ask why my service was this terrible apparently it’s because it’s not a Toyota. Not sure why you guys wouldn’t say that when I bought the truck. Guess you guys just wanted my money and didn’t care about pleasing the customer. Yall really should take the award winning service department statement off of yalls phone cause yall are by far the worst in Lafayette.

Mr. Steven is super friendly and nice. My issue is not with him but with the maintenance contract. I will never buy this again. Every time I have gone in for service there has been an issue. Trying to charge me, not due for oil change, can’t do tire rotation., used up all oil changes even though the contract is for 75,000 miles. Always something that’s not clear. Again, I will never buy this contract again.
