Dulsey was great as always. I asked the guy that checked me in to have the tech catch an oil sample for analysis. He assured me that he would make sure it was done. The empty sample bottle was still in the cup holder where he told me to leave it. Now I don’t have the ability to analyze the oil. I’m dissatisfied with that part of my visit.

Mr Nelams is an outstanding service representative. He worked with me to schedule a time most convenient for me, requiring the least time without my vehicle. He took detailed notes to help automotive technicians diagnose the problem efficiently and notified me as soon as my car was ready for pick up. AWESOME!

Appointment was for tire rotation. Had to purchase new battery plus filters. When service was completed, I noticed my calibrations were off due to new battery. Had to wait an additional 30 minutes for calibration. I should have been informed about the amount of time it would take prior to service since my appointment was only for a tire rotation.
