Our experience was horrible as usual. We were not updated about the service to the vehicle for 2 hours then come to find out NO service had been completed. It wasn’t until we notified the service technician/representative that we would have to leave that then magically our car could be accommodated. I booked a same day appointment which had multiple openings for the afternoon so I have a hard time believing that the dept. was “busy”. Hampton has missed multiple car purchases and multiple service opportunities from my family due to this lack of professionalism. I will be taking my bad experience to social media because I’m sure I’m not alone.

Do we still have any existence warranty on our car until 100,000.00 miles? If so is any of the work that needs to be done covered? If so we need to do what is covered before 100,000 miles don’t you think? Thanks for all you help us with.

There are swirl marks on my truck, and the dirt remains in the emblem cracks. The truck is shinny, but the finish could’ve been a little cleaner
