I asked them to clean the car inside and outside. I specifically asked them to make sure the inside is cleaned very well. I get there and noticed the steering wheel and the arm rest are not cleaned . They took it back to the shop. I get home and check the back seats and they were not clean either. This is totally unacceptable.

I made an appointment to get recalls done on my Tundra. I made the appointment with Leslie. I arrived for my appointment and the recalls that they thought were for me didn’t apply to my truck. The recall that applied to my truck was the high beam recall. And the parts were not in inventory. Horrible planning effort…. On my day off…

I waited 2 hrs for a tire rotation that was a scheduled appointment. I was contacted by the dealership to schedule the appointment and was told that the morning was wide open. Seems like scheduled appointments should go before walk-ins, otherwise what’s the point of scheduling? Apparently it takes 30 min per tire. I probably could have done it faster with the jack and tire iron that came with the car. The free tire rotation was negated by the time I spent waiting and not at work.
I don’t think people realize how important a vehicle is until one is without. I have a Toyota because of all the positive feedback over the years. I just wish they would let u see what they do to feel more complete that the work was really done. Let u see the old part like you can see the fresh oil.

I am so sorry to say that I am not approved of the way my vehicle had looked. There was water streaks like my vehicle was not wiped down. I was really surprised by that look when I seen it because I speak highly of Hampton Toyota services. I am not speaking of customer service, they welcome you with open arms and make sure you are comfortable while waiting on your vehicle.
