We chose Hampton when we purchased our Sienna because of your outstanding service department we knew Mr. Jardell from our past Toyotas. We knew of your outstanding service from the way we were treated in the past. Dulsey was an added treat for this vehicle. We absolutely love her and we hope she can continue to to be our service advisor for the entire time we own our Sienna, which we hope is a long time. They did the the. “auto butler” service today. Our Sienna is one year old and it looks new. Thank you to the Hampton service team.

Number one there was no transaction. I called for the price on a key for a push to start car. Thats it. I was transferred to a departMent that didnt answer 3 times before I was finally transitioned over to a rep in parts who gave me a price. I want to make note of something. If you are unsure of what transitioning someone over means in regards to call center etiquette then that mean Toyota needs to train their reps. The call flow with HamptonToyota needs work. Improving it would make a big difference in customer service scores. Just because a mechanic is a mechanic doesnt excuse him from lack of customer service skills. If u are going to work with customers follow through with appropriate methods of interaction with customers. From the initial call to the customer feedback survey. Follow through matters in customer service. I hope this makes sense.
