Although several of your service agents seem to be keeping themselves otherwise occupied even though there was nothing much happening and did not make eye contact, he was very willing and readily provided service which I was so grateful for on a holiday when it was clear some of your other employees didn't want to be there and didn't want to have to apply their name to a ticket. As someone who was traveling with a disability from out of town I was ever grateful that this employee stepped up and was more than willing to assist. The technician was equally outstanding and it is my understanding he has been with Toyota for nearly 40 years and he also went above and beyond and I could not say enough nice things.
I would like to say thanks to Trent. He always strives to do the best that he can to make sure that my vehicle is done right I had an auto bottle done and was an exceptionally well. Job on the outside. Vacuum could’ve been a little bit better, but otherwise things looked good. Thanks again.
