Called for an appointment for oil change and tire rotation and given an 11:00 appointment. Arrived at 10:50. Two hours later went to see what was the delay and was informed the service had not yet started but was about to or I could leave and reschedule. I questioned why schedule me for 11:00 if could not get to me until 1:00? I was told they were backed up. The appointment should not have been made especially considering I informed the reservationist I was available on Friday. This is poor service.

I trust the Service Department at Hampton Toyota with my 11 year Siena Van. Brent was my Service Advisor and he reviewed with me the past work done on the van.

Time mnagement was exceptial and my problem with the brakes couldn't be done but Trent ordered the parts needed and explained when they wee in he would call to make arrangements to have them done. Very good service overall
Steve went out of his way to make sure that I got car fixed as soon as possible. With no wipers the car was not usable in the rain. He stayed on top of delivery of the two parts needed and made sure it was repaired soonest after that. Great job Steven!!!
