My wife had an appointment at 10:30 and didn't leave the dealership until 4:30. She was very unhappy with the service this appointment. Another person came in after her that didn't have an appointment and was seen before her and was finished before her also.

It was a bad experience. I must say the lady in Service Dept that helped me Tuesday night after 6pm was wonderful. Forgot her name, but she was off of work and still sat with me at her computer to help me. She wasn't my rep but "Compliments" to her. Nothing else was good.

Yesterday was my birthday and Mr. Slick sang me Happy Birthday with a sash and everything. I can honestly say that I've never had an experience like that. It really made my day. His commitment to making people's day is pretty epic and not something you see everyday.
