Service tech needs to read ticket. I provideiled my own oil and your service tech failed to note that. Therefore you changed the oil twice.

This is the second time I've serviced my car at this location and each time I'm informed that there is no record of the $2899 protection plan I purchased WITH the car on 12/22/18. Very frustrating that I must drive from my job to bring a hard copy receipt tomorrow. Are we in the 16th century? The dealership needs a better system because this diminishes its reputation. Secondly, I sent a copy of the charge on my credit card to Phillip **** at 915am, yet he calls me at 3:26pm to inform me sales has no record. Assuredly, he could not have checked his email. Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!

Cathy has been a Godsend in helping my son with his car and me being out of state. I trust that she's telling me the correct problem and the remedy. The customer svc she proves is the same as I do on my job. Hats off to Cathy!!!!

Trash and debris was on the floor driver side, dirt on passenger floor mat, hood was partially open (realized when I was on 75 going 60 mph), and no one called to say the car was ready.
Very simply, Cathy is the greatest!
Service was great except that I had to notify a service employee that my car was not washed or vacuumed when it was "ready." I have a complimentary wash and vacuum included in my service package. Nearly every time I pick up my car, it is not vacuumed nor washed. This is always an inconvenience, especially after I notify the employee I give my keys to and the service rrepresentative upon arrival.
