When called ti schedule they recommended I show up at 730 for best shot and Phillip was able to work me in on a busy Saturday. The technician was also stellar and provided a very detailed readout on 27 point inspection - by far the best I have had and think he deserves as much credit for positive feedback as Philip. I'm not one to do these often but I'm beyond satisfied with the experience I received this week from reception giving me pointer to greeting and info relayed by Phillip and the mechanic or technician. Amazing job.

Cathy is always so pleasant and helpful when I have my car serviced. I have went to other Hyundai locations but this Smyrna team and Cathy are by far The Best in Georgia!
Philip was great but the service took too long. We had a scheduled appointment at 10:30 for an oil change. We arrived 15 minute early but did not leave until 12:15. Oil changes should not take 1 hour and 45 minutes to get in and out the door, especially if you booked an appointment.
