This was my first time at Ed Voyles and I was very pleased. Cathy was on top of everything and very responsive as well as very pleasant. Excellent service.
I was told my car was finished being serviced and that the cashier lady would call me up to checkout soon. I ended up waiting for 30 minutes but after I did not hear my name I went up to the counter just to find that my check out paperwork was just sitting there by the side. I wonder how long it would have taken her to call my name if I didn't come up to the counter... really a waste of a customers time.
The amazing customer service made it super easy to buy a car.
Phillip was informative about finances, while Jacori (JC) new a lot about what kind of car was right for me.
I will definitely recommend coming her because of both Phillip and JC.

I’m Dissatisfied with two things about out at Voyles Hyundai.
1) my transmission should not have gone out on a car that has 21,000 miles on it and is less than two years old
2) There was a recall on something that I can’t find the letter. I have a feeling you guys did not attend to it in the 10 days my car was in your shop.
3) I waited 72 minutes to get a car from enterprise. I don’t know where the mistake landed. Doesn’t matter to me as a customer. 72 minutes. I missed to client calls and it cost me $575 because Hyundai and enterprise do not have their act together.
I believe I should get some kind of something for my trouble

It took longer than expected for an oil change with an appointment but overall it was good
Rachel was amazing and extremely helpful. She helped to make a very difficult situation much better, her feedback and communication was timely and her service was excellent.
The service advisor did a poor job of communication. On the second full day that you had the vehicle I had to call over and over to finally talk to someone about the diagnosis. I always had to initiate contact. When estimated companies legion times were missed, there were no calls from the service advisor. For example, I was told to that the car would be ready Friday or Saturday. I had to call Tuesday around 4:30 to get an update. When the part didn’t arrive as expected, there were no updates. There was no response to text messages I sent. I did get one update via text telling me the car was ready to pick up a day after I picked it up. There were times when the phone for service would ring and ring until I was disconnected. Overall a frustrating experience.
