I was unsatisfied with the service. It took 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Before it was 1 hour and a half. I understand that because of the pandemic everyone is try to stay safe but I don't agree with the fact that there were too many people in the waiting area. At least 15 people and not everyone was taking their distance. Towards the end of my visit my car was blocked and I couldn't get out. I went back inside and I was not treated very well. The guy that seats next to Cathy's office was rude when I asked if someone could move the car that was blocking me from leaving the building. He's attitude was nasty. He might not be my car advisor but that does not give him any right to be rude to me or anyone else.

Hyubdai has an awesome team of people working hard for their customers, and Cathy was no different she was polite and if she didn't know an answer she asked questions to get results.

The car service was fine. Cathy Stubbs always does a good job for me. Your employees are always pleasant and helpful. I found it very disturbing your employees were not wearing masks. The waiting room had been rearranged yet chairs are not 6 feet apart. There was lots of room on the sales floor that could have been used to provide more space. I wiped the arms of the chairs and found them to be quite dirty. There was no hand sanitizer anywhere to be seen. Do not call me about this. Do the right thing and bring your dealership up to speed regarding covid 19 safety measures. I was surprised a business of your caliber was so irresponsible regarding the seriousness of this virus. The vehicle was recalled. I had to take it back again to fixed the problem Ed Voyles Allegedly had support to had fixed. Which was no avail because they wanted to charge me for something that should have already been done

I can barely hear the radio Driving down the interstate, after the amp Was replaced. Either it’s the wrong amp or the impedance doesn’t match between the speakers and amp.

The problem wasn’t fixed, the next day the same issue still exist. As a IV healthcare professional I need to be able to commute to work in order to make suspensions and IV drugs for our COVID-19 patients. With that being said I was late to work twice including the day after because I had to charge my dead battery because my fan wasn’t fixed. I went online and I couldn’t find an appointment but it shouldn’t matter because I was assured that my car was fixed. So, I will be back on Tuesday to get my car fixed. I’m starting to think I got the warranty rip off, which is when they say they fixed something that they didn’t fix just to contact my warranty company and get easy money since I have a 0 deductible plan. But that is not my representative’s fault it’s the tech that evaluated my car whoever that is. Saying they did something they didn’t do. I’m highly frustrated and will be contacting my warranty department and address how twice my car was brought to you guys and wasn’t fixed.
