I came in for oil change and tire rotation and was also charged for disposal fee. The cashier couldn’t even explain why I was charged a disposal fee.
I had a great experience where I was assisted as soon as I drove in. Great customer service as usual and I was even greeted by the young man who sold me my car in 2013 Mr. Dewayne Brewer. It is always a pleasure to return to a friendly place.
Cathy is as always, courtious, fully informed, and makes your service experience as good as possible. She is a valuable representative for Voyles and is the reason why I use the dealer for service.

Not his fault on our headlight problem but we should have had some good faith offered by Ed Voyles to offset being charged for past light bulbs/labor charges which did not solve the problem. Instead we were going to have to pay for an expensive headlight assembly with a 10% discount which hardly makes up for the inconveniences and risks associated with driving without both headlight functioning.
Rachel was fine, no problem with her. I made an appointment for 11:30am for about oil change and tire rotation which I was told can be done in an hour. I was on my lunch break and it was approaching 2 hours when Rachel was going to check on it and they had just finished the oil change and I really needed to get back to work and couldn't wait for the tire rotation that I keep getting emails about saying it is past due, even though they can only be rotated side to side. Very disappointed that an oil change took over 2 hours. I will only be coming back for major services if at all.
Philip **** was very awesome.He and the technician listened to my concerns and got it taken care of. Kudos!!! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE and I've frequently visit here ALOT in the past. Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving ; )
