I was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed why i was charged extremely high for the synthetic oil change i always usually get. Ive been coming for years to Ed Voyles and never ever have i paid $75 for a Synthetic Oil Change. This is absolutely disappointing and i will never return again. Please have managment contact me at as why this was the case.

I was very pleased with my service at Ed Voyles Hyundai! All of the staff were exceptionally polite and had great customer service. Lisa the cashier was very pleasant and was very sweet. The staff ensured my vehicle was in top notch condition when I was there. I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend this dealership especially for services!
We were out of town and found ourselves in an unfortunate situation. We called every hyundai dealership and begged for anyone to help us and Andrew was the only one willing to try. Not only did he try but he exceeded the expectations of some crazy women who spent a day trying to seek God’s lesson I’m an otherwise frustrating day. It was my daughters birthday. She was to be reunited with a friend she was in an orphanage with and together they were going to volunteer together at the Operation Christmas Child processing center so they could give back to a ministry that they once benefited from. Because of our car problems the girls did not get to see each other, my daughter did not get to volunteer today, and most of her birthday was spent feeling guilty and to blame for our situation, followed by a 5 hour drive home. It was a rough day, but the service we got from Andrew, the rest of the staff, plus the coffee and popcorn.... we found time to laugh, smile and find some joy in our day. We will be sharing our experiencing everyone we know!

She is very detail oriented and patient while taking considerable time to outline and explain services required for preventive maintenance on my Elantra, Give her a raise.. better still.. promote her. Although I was not happy about having to come back 3 times (not Andrew’s fault), Andrew was great each time.
Did not know cost of part replacement before checkout. Overcharged and waited too long. I strongly dislike this service location.
