Lack of information regarding the problems with the vehicle, bad customer service since they never call you back. Basically not a good experience. Paid for a service on the car it was performed and supposedly had no problem not even two weeks later and it blows up. Then it's on me to fix and pay. But no worries won't be back with my car. Already found another mechanic that won't over charge and is up front with me.

Made an appointment for an oil change and was there for over an hour. I will go to a 10 minute oil change next time. You have lost my business. I work a full time job and the last thing I want to do is sit at a dealership on my day off waiting for an oil change when I scheduled ahead of time. Thanks you for taking time to read my feedback. They are great when it comes to normal maintenance. For more in depth troubleshooting and repair I’d recommend 96th st VW or someone else.

Horrible service, never got updates on my car in the shop. They kept ordering the wrong part which was extremely inconvenient. They didnt give me a loaner car right away so i had to rent my own for a week which was extremely expensive. My car broke down and was an emergency that I get it back as soon as possible, but they took their sweet **** time getting my car in the shop because i didnt make an appointment when i had no control over it. Overall, every person i talked to was clueless and didn't even try to do anything to make my experience good. Never going back to your store

I would compare my recent service to taking my vehicle to Jiffy Lube. At least Jiffy Lube has a checklist and doesn’t leave the change ooo message on and replaces the sticker.

Customer service was excellent. Price quoted was $219 and I thought that was installed price. Final price was $335 including a more expensive battery and labor. This to install a new battery that was less than 3 years old. Not very happy.

I’m a little upset because I did inform two employees at your location to not do anything that cost money without asking me and when Alexandra called me her words were “your brakes just needed lubricated so we went ahead and took care of it for you” to me that makes me think it was for free or I would just have to pay for product at most and I got charged $130. If she would have called me and asked I could have said no, and taken it back to firestone to where they would have done that for free because it was there fault. My steering wheel buttons and horn also does not work because I’m guessing when they plugged it in for the diagnostic they didn’t check everything to make sure it worked so now I’m going to have to come in again at some point if I can find the time to do that as well. I’ve never had issues before with you guys so I’m disappointed.
