Great job! Got my car when I was told I could get my car
When I was told that my car was ready I saw that it was dirty, handprints and smears on the drivers door, a young man tried to convince me that it had been washed, a second man apologized and washed it.
By the time I was half way home I noticed that the problem that. I had on the bottom of the windshield was repaired but now the same things is on the driver-side only larger this was not there when I brought the car in
also I had asked to have the water marks on the inside door panels removed that
Were there since the purchase of car , this was totally ignored.
My experience was that no one in the service department gives a damn

He told me what the mechanics would be doing, about how long to expect it to be done, gave directions on where I could shop while waiting. He was right on time wise & gave suggested options for replacement tires & the date the special on tires would be over. Very polite, easy to talk to—a great customer service experience! I’ll be back & hope to work with Will again!

He was much better then one of the other men that work there. (the other man is very rude and seems uninterested in anything I said) Miguel was engaged in the conversation and listened to what I needed. Also helped me find a part I needed to order.
