It should not take over two hours to have a oil change and your tires rotated when you have an appt.
I am always satisfied with your service. The staff is nice and I am waited on rapidly. And even with cars backed up outside, I only waited a little over an hour for the entire service to be completed including washing my car and rotating the tires.
Dallas has been helping me now for over 5 years. He's always incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with. I couldn't ask for better service or a nicer guy. Thank you !

Awesome service by Kyle, it feels good to be recognized by someone who you only see occasionally.
We had no problems with Kyle Jones, he was very professional. I do have one small complaint, the gentleman who delivered my vehicle to me was very nice but when he drove my vehicle he left the parking brake on and my vehicle was screeching very loud when he came to me.
Matt was best made me feel like I was at home an the time went by so fast

I was told I would get an inspection and a free car wash. I went ahead and added a oil change, which I paid for. I got a phone call and they said I needed a cabin filter. I told them to do it. I received everything I paid for like an oil change and cabin filter etc. But my promised a free inspection I am not sure if i received it. And I know I never received a free car wash that was promised. The truck had dust all over the back window and looked like it had been wiped with a damp towel, not washed. thanks

Dallas was awesome! He kept me informed every step of the way and let me know when my vehicle was done. It was done sooner than I anticipated, and that was pretty cool!
It's not easy for me to bring my 4runner in for maintenance due to the hours I work, on Saturday I worked till 230pm, I thought I'd give it a shot to see if I could get my 4runner seen for annual maintenance, Dallas took my keys and said we'll get it done as soon as we can.i have to drive to Hayward on monday, so it helped out a ton, I'm so thankful. I'll only bring my 4runner to the yuba city Toyota dealership. 10 out of 10. Thanks Dallas and crew!
