Oil change was quick, but found out when on the interstate with melting snow that I had no washer fluid in my car. Had to pull off and purchase some from a gas station to fill it up.

I would only say that since I brought my car in for oil change but was continuing to have issues with one tire going low since I had purchased them approximately 1 year ago they were to check it again. They did rotate and for check for leaks as in the past found none and added air. Before I left with car less than 20 min after service complete it was clearly low again. The service rep checked and it had already lost 4 lbs of air. I was then asked if I could bring it back during the week when a master technician was there to do more checks. I agreed to bring back the following Tuesday night which I did. The tire had held air but on my drive to the shop I experienced major vibration in the steering. When I arrived I told the same service person and he suggested to first check the balance of the tires most likely cause. Note: I had been experiencing slight vibration in steering wheel since I got the new tires however this was much worse I had asked for this to be checked out at least twice before. I was informed that if it needed a test drive a diagnostic it would cost 17?.??. I can’t believe you can’t even do a repair then drive a car to see if the problem is fixed without a charge. Within 25 minutes I received a text telling me my car was done. I called the service rep and asked if the tire balance took car of the problem and told they did find the tires out of balance but had not driven to make sure that was the cause and if I wanted to leave it they could drive it tomorrow. I said I would drive myself and bring it back if not resolved. The car drove better then it had is once I got the new tires. I called the service person to let them know it was resolved. Bottom line had I had to make three trips to the dealer I would have been disappointed.

I have been to this shop 5 times same issue and guess what?! The seat is broken again. Plus the service dept does not even give you a ride or a rental car for this issue for an issue they cannot repair!
