Awesome customer service keep up the great work
Oil change and had a headlight out. They told me the price to replace the headlight was $149 plus $18 for the bulb. I asked them to confirm that the issue was just the bulb and if so I will buy the bulb and put it in my self. Was advised that I will have to remove my front bumper In order to install my headlight that’s the reason it cost $149 to install. I told the advisor that is wrong. That you can see the bulb spot when the hood is open. He called me and back and confirmed that the bumper has to be removed. I bought the bulb and changed it in the parking lot in less than 2 mins. Went in and told them how inaccurate their info was and I got charged 35 for the bulb. I was so aggravated.

Your service tech Brittin is great! It would be a disservice to your company if you lost that guy. Picture this, You pull in somewhere theres a guy with mask he's like give me your money? You have a thousand bucks on ya and your mad, pissed, and upset, so you hand it over.
Then picture this there is a different masked man, he's like give me a thousand bucks! But he works at Nissan and his Name is Brittin. Your like, Sure! This guy is awesome! I've never been happier to give over a grand and I got my car fixed. Thank you Britton!!! Great Service, went above and beyond!!!

They were all very courteous and informative. The gentleman who mainly assisted me answered all my questions and was patient enough to listen to them all.
I'm not sure if it was addressed with the tech that worked on my vehicle or not but I stated that my windshield washer fluid dribbles out and only cover the lower third of the windshield and it wasn't addressed. I'm getting fed up with having to waste my time to keep bringing this car up there and being inconvenienced without any thought.
