Nissan service department should always inform the customer of the cost of the service repair, oil change, tire rotation, etc, etc, before the service is provided.

Chris and staff was amazing. They made me feel welcome given my first visit after moving from Texas Oct 2020. Chris told me the service would be a timeframe of 1:30mins. I was out on less than half plus a carwash....we recently had that snowstorm. Thanks Chris! I know this is jus my preference, but I wish someone would take notice (save to upload later) the customers 'preferred saved' settings. It's a **** trying reset settings you don't adjust everyday. ThankU ??
