I had an appointment prescheduled at 1:00. Service on my car didn't START until 2:30. Is this kind of wait time typical? Why do I bother making an appointment if you are not going to hold it for me and honor your end of the deal?

I dropped car off on Monday morning they called said repairs made, the car sit for 24 hours then was drove about 25/30 total since repairs, and still lunging and hi RPMs before go into gear, having car towed back to dealer

Went for my first oil change management lost my keys left me with out a car from 10 until 4 with out my vehicle plus had to program a new key now I have to take my spare key in to get program done not happy

I had a noon appt for a simple oil change. It took 3.5 hours. Ridiculous. What good is making an appt? The text message system didn’t work either. Never got reply when asking if car was ready yet.
