They did a great job on my service
I called multiple times and spoke to Brooke about prices and the fact that I wanted to wait for my vehicle. Once I got there I was greeted by Brittin Dolen. He came across very polite and informative. After going over a few things with him he told me it said that I wanted to drop off my vehicle but that was not the case as I explained MULTIPLE times ... I couldn’t do that. I was given an estimate of 2 hours when it took 4 hours and NO ONE came to talk to me or update me about the progress of my vehicle.
Everyone was being helped but me. I felt completely ignored and very frustrated. When I went back out to the garage to see what was taking so long, there was a young man on the phone and apparently my paperwork was sitting right there. He told one of the other employees that he just didn’t have time to get to it. I understand it can get busy, but when you know you have a customer waiting, then it should be a priority to let them know what’s going on. I wondered at that point how long had my vehicle been done and I’m just sitting there waiting because he didn’t have time to come talk to me. I can’t remember the name of the employee that actually took my paperwork from the desk as the other employee sat there on the phone, but he told me he’d take care of it.
A few minutes later Brittin walks in with my papers and by that time I was extremely frustrated and ready to go. He was apologetic at least and it made me feel better that maybe my frustration had been felt and understood.
I would return for service for that reason. We all deserve second chances and I’m willing to keep my business with you all.

The service team went above and beyond. They checked out s problem with my backup camera during a usual oil change. They explained that they can"t do other service issues during this time
I explained that I really missed the back up camera not working. When I returned to pick my car they had pulled the camera into position a d its working great@! The service team really helped me out and gave wonderful customer service from the checkin manager and the me Janice. They are aawesome team with doing great service ice.
