I brought my vehicle in to have a tire replaced. Everything went very smoothly with the appointment. On my way home, I noticed a rubbery smell in my car. I turned around, and my old tire was in my trunk for some reason. I messaged my service advisor, and he sincerely apologized for the inconvenience, and let me know to stop back by and they would remove the tire. Just a bit disappointed because I don’t drive near that area often, and now I have to make a separate trip.

I am very disappointed by today’s experience. A diagnosis should be more inclusive than just plugging a vehicle in and checking codes. I basically paid $200 today for a “check found okay and can’t duplicate the error” and told y’all couldn’t do anything for me. It was a ripoff. I did actual troubleshooting with my local Meineke shop and they will be fixing my truck. They will be doing all of my maintenance on my Nissan Titan from now on. I’ll be certain to spread the word throughout my network too.

Had oil changed sat. Engine light came on early Sunday morning. The engine light was not on when brought in.
First I will say the positive first. The engine swap was completed much quicker than expected! But I was to 3 different times that truck was being cleaned....untouched secondly within a couple hours of having it I found both CV axles leaking...is work not checked when completed and when removing the front drive assembly should it be common practice to change seals that may get damaged? In our shop it is...so yea overall experience at this point the happiness of getting it back quicker was brought down pretty quick by finding both seals leaking.
