Terrell is amazing! So incredibly helpful and kind. He made me feel totally at ease and was super knowledgeable and communicative. Even when I was charged for my tire, he called and apologized so sincerely, even though I didn't even think a thing about it.

The person who checked me did a car survey of any dings/ dents
Had marks all over the sheet of “scratches”....so we walked over to the car to review and 80% of his findings were water marks or dirt that rubbed off.
He was very smug and still disagreed with me

I asked for a tire balance and only received a rotation. The Service Manager was extremely rude with me. I will never return to your facility again. I'm going Bommarito's to purchase a Platinum Titan when it would have been easier to purchase with you closer to home. However, since your customer service is broke. I'll take my business elsewhere.

The only thing I would like to see improved is a longer distance of courtesy rides. I had to get an Uber ride to Southwesten Illinois college which is approximately 10 miles away... I was told rides are only providied in a 5 mile radius.
