Price for services are outrageously high.

Service was for a safety recall. I clearly specified what the recall was, and scheduled it one week in advance. When I arrived at the scheduled time, I was told they did not have the part to do the job. Had to come back a week later. Very inconvenient.
I usually “worry” about my painted wheels getting scratched during rotation with the impact air guns used. I mentioned it, and was informed that plastic type (?) sockets are used now to help prevent damage, especially since a lot of newer vehicles are coming with painted wheels. I truly appreciate the change as I’m kind of a perfectionist with my automobiles....

I asked for a car wash and did not get it. This is not the first time I was told something would be done and it did not get done but was told it was done. I had this happen before but it was a more severe case of service not being performed. It makes me wonder if the actual serive I am coming in for us being performed. A car wash not taking place is easy to spot but most of the services being done, I do not know how to verify it actually took place.
Will look forward to discussing the situation.
Low tire pressure warning light was not corrected. Was under impression that that would be corrected with tire rotation. Also, assumed tire rotation was included with oil change. Was surprised to get extra charge for it.

They were very professional and quick. I wasn’t there long at all.
I came in for my first oil change, everything was great I was out of there in 20min.or so.
Had brake fluids changed, plus other fluids; after leaving the service department I had to return later in the day due to an improper amount of fluid installed. My brake light and slip indicator lights were coming on. The service manager apologized and the issue was resolved. Thank you.
So over all everything turned out alright, but one should not have to return to have the job completed correctly.

I feel mislead and deceived I will will bring my vehicle in for oil changes I would rather deal with a outside mechanic that I trust so that I won’t be billed for something that I didn’t need......
