I got overcharged. And the repaired a belt that needed that didn't need to be fix. I am very disappointed and disapprove with everything. I will make sure I let everyone know that. Because that isn't right. My belt was brand new. When I got the car every part was already fixed. I will never come back to this place again.

The service techs need to know the difference between their stickers for vehicles and another companies stickers. Last time I had my oil changed they tool down my tire rotation sticker also which clearly has a different company on it and they were not even rotating my tires. Had to call and get it mailed to me. Once again go in for an oil change and they remove the sticker again that belongs to a different company. They are not rotating my tires this sticker should not be touched! How about you take the time to actually look at things before just removing them. People actually use these stickers to pay attention to things and use these stickers for their warranties!

The intake service person was extremely rude. Always on the defense and for no apparent reason. Definitely not due to me. I pray I never have to deal with him again. The service person that checked me out was a complete 360 degrees different in attitude and demeanor. I’ve been patronizing this dealership for decades. The service dept at Nissan has truly declined. My next vehicle may not be a Nissan for this reason. COVID-19 pandemic or not, no need to be rude.
