Chris as Service Writer was very professional and courteous and Kyle Service Tech was awesome and very thorough. Hire more people like them. I’ve had several Nissans through the years and my experience has been great with you guys.
This is the first time they actually rotated my tires. Every other time they said they did but did not and we always mark them to double check.
I had an appointment for a simple oil change & I was waiting for my vehicle. When I pulled in I’m normally greeted by someone in service but not this time, when I’m acknowledged it was with...you know your wait today will be anywhere from an hour and a half to an hour and forty five minutes..Not sure if he was trying to scare me off or what but did not like the greeting nor the time frame I was told. Ended up out if there in about 30 to 40 minutes as I would have expected with an appointment!
